  • Availability for flexible scheduling: Sunday 10am-6pm, Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm
  • Completion of rigorous company training program

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence as first point of contact for patients and customers
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation to assist Pharmacists in managing and improving patient health
  • Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive team dynamic through effective communication and engagement
