Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products, and/or supplies to long term care facilities or patient's homes
  • Load and organize products and materials for delivery into delivery vehicle following safety guidelines
  • Be responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management of maintenance issues
  • Maintain full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
  • Deliver prescription orders and products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support filling patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Coordinate workflow to assist in preparing and processing medications to fill patient prescriptions
  • Follow policy and procedure for product compounding, assembly of clinical products, and medication preparation
  • Complete delivery logs and submit supporting documentation
  • Ensure safe operations of all delivery vehicles
  • Operate devices and applications for route navigation
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical standards
  • Manage any other duties as assigned
