Required scheduling availability: Sunday (10am-6pm), Monday-Friday (2pm-8pm), Saturday (9am-6pm)
Complete rigorous company training program
Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and compassionate service in patient interactions

Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence as first point of contact for patients and customers
Assist in ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Create heartfelt and personalized patient moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone, register; offer immunizations and services; solve or escalate patient problems
Perform basic inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations through SOP adherence and effective communication
