  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence as first point of contact for patients and customers
  • Assist in ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Create heartfelt and personalized patient moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone, register; offer immunizations and services; solve or escalate patient problems
  • Perform basic inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
  • Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations through SOP adherence and effective communication
