Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Open availability required with flexibility to pivot to business needs
  • Ideal shifts: Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday from 10a-6p (flexible to include travel time)
  • Willingness to travel daily to Green Bay market locations (paid mileage provided; housed at one location for payroll)
  • Complete rigorous company paid training program
  • Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Assist in filling prescriptions accurately, safely, and promptly
  • Assist the pharmacist and support patient and community health
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Serve as first point of contact for patients and customers to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and compassionate service in all interactions (in-person, phone, drive-thru)
  • Offer immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
  • Solve or escalate patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., accurately putting away merchandise) as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership
  • Contribute to safe, effective pharmacy operations and a positive, inclusive culture
  • Option to work in Front Store operations after training
