Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist patients and customers as the first point of contact to deliver an exceptional experience
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (put away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories), as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership
Support leading front store staff, ensure store operations run smoothly, and complete opening/closing procedures
Demonstrate genuine care, contribute to a safe and inclusive culture, and use effective communication in all interactions
