Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Ability to assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Ability to stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Ability to enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete/maintain paperwork, forms, and documentation
- Ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the pharmacy area following company procedures

Responsibilities
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services
- Operate cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders/purchases, stocking/securing supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information, filing prescriptions, and completing/maintaining paperwork and documentation
- Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the pharmacy area using company procedures and equipment, merchandise, and complete paperwork logs/documentation
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with others; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
