Responsibilities

  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services
  • Operate cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Provide pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders/purchases, stocking/securing supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information, filing prescriptions, and completing/maintaining paperwork and documentation
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the pharmacy area using company procedures and equipment, merchandise, and complete paperwork logs/documentation
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with others; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
