Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One (1) year of experience in similar environment
  • Strong job control language skills or distributed platform operating and PC operating systems skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software packages as used by IQVIA and problem management tools
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills with a customer service focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Under guidance, conduct technical activation and support of pharmacies in a multi-platform environment
  • Perform initial setup of technical interfaces and activation of pharmacy software
  • Launch software and train pharmacy users
  • Monitor the environment using established tools and ensure processes are completed on schedule
  • Respond and correct job failures according to procedures
  • Escalate issues requiring second-level support as per call escalation procedures
  • Execute special processing requests and request permanent changes for identified problems
  • Enter issues into the problem management tool for follow-up and resolution
  • Update relevant areas of outstanding issues requiring further follow-up
  • Assist client-facing teams, business line initiatives, or third parties
  • Act as a subject matter expert for other analysts in the absence of Scheduling and/or supervisor
  • Provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT, and implementation
