Current role as a Pharmacist at CVS Health
Interest in developing leadership skills for promotion to Pharmacy Manager
Notify manager of interest prior to applying and ensure all required documents are available
Meet required qualification criteria assessed during quarterly program application
Commitment to complete the program within 24 months maximum (readiness for promotion in 6-24 months based on experience, performance, key learning experiences, and curriculum completion)
Willingness to potentially change locations to support development needs, as determined by Pharmacy Supervisor

Responsibilities

Continue fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities as a Pharmacist, including leading pharmacy execution and performance, building patient loyalty through excellent customer service, and helping people on their path to better health
Under supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, maintain an engaged, productive pharmacy team by demonstrating leadership agility, innovation, growth mindset, enterprise thinking, setting direction, leading others, and delivering results
Complete Phase 1: Self-paced learning for foundational knowledge on successfully managing a pharmacy
Complete Phase 2: Key Learning Experiences (KLEs) outside of regularly scheduled Pharmacist shifts to apply learning and develop skills in leadership and business operations
Participate in coaching sessions and regular touch points to monitor progress
Complete operations and leadership/management skills training, and learn key aspects of the business and CVS Pharmacy culture to prepare for promotion to Pharmacy Manager
