Requirements

Candidates must be a PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program, possess or be in the process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician license, and have 0-3 years of prior relevant work experience. Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

This Pharmacy Intern will keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs, lead with empathy and compassion, support the Pharmacy manager in developing staff, identify business opportunities, adapt to change, seek growth opportunities, align others with the company’s purpose, facilitate a team culture, and apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. The role involves working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and focuses on patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, and regulatory requirements.
