Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacy team in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations
Fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
Provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations
Complete a comprehensive training roadmap including Key Learning Experiences (KLEs)
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation
Contribute to positive patient experiences by demonstrating empathy and genuine care
Learn to operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of SOPs and effective communication
Assist with various pharmacy tasks including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
Support the Pharmacists and Technicians in managing and improving patient health
