- 1+ years working experience as a licensed Pharmacist
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership and guidance to supporting staff
- Interact with healthcare professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care
- Direct supportive personnel (e.g., PSRs and Pharmacy Technicians) in daily clinical and distributive activities
- Ensure activities are performed to CVS Health standards and in accordance with written SOPs and regulatory constraints
- Oversee distributive services to ensure correct medication and related items are picked, packed, and distributed to patients
- Verify orders prepared for delivery by supportive personnel to prevent errors
