Requirements

  • Provides comprehensive patient care including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members on health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation
  • Drives sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, instock and inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting sales, developing cross-functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics
  • Models, enforces, and provides direction on proper Member service approaches to resolve needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines
  • Oversees implementation of and participates in community outreach programs, encouraging Associates to serve as good community members
  • Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations through report analysis, loss prevention, safety controls, operational and quality assurance reviews, action plans, and guidance on Company programs
  • Provides supervision and development for Associates including selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, performance feedback, recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset
  • Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and records per Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, creates belonging culture, works collaboratively, attracts/retains talent, maintains integrity/ethics/compliance, acts selflessly/humble/honest/fair/transparent, delivers customer-first results using data insights, displays curiosity/learning/resilience, drives continuous improvements and new technologies
