Requirements
- Ability to provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members on health care and prescription medication needs
- Skills in maintaining confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation
- Experience in driving sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, instock and inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting sales, developing cross-functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics
- Proficiency in modeling, enforcing, and providing direction on proper Member service approaches to resolve needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines
- Knowledge of overseeing community outreach programs and encouraging Associates to serve as good community members
- Expertise in ensuring compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations through analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, and executing programs
- Capability to provide supervision and development for Associates, including selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset

- Drive sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, relationship-building, and trend assessment
- Model, enforce, and guide Associates on Member service techniques to resolve issues within Company standards
- Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging Associates' community involvement
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, monitoring controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, and directing program execution
- Supervise and develop Associates through selection, training, mentoring, duty assignment, feedback, recognition, and fostering belonging
- Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records per Company and legal guidelines
