Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Technician, the role involves establishing effective working relationships with customers, identifying and solving pest elimination needs, maintaining expertise in Ecolab’s product/service offerings, using handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document issues, and traveling to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for a portion of the training program. The position also entails providing quality services, promoting best practices, and managing customer accounts with flexible scheduling and ownership.
