Candidates must possess deep, hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM products, including Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, Observability, and Cloud solutions. A strong understanding of ITIL, CMDB architecture, and modern AIOps capabilities is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, and REST APIs, along with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware, is required. The role demands at least 7 years of pre-sales or technical consulting experience, excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders, and comfort navigating complex enterprise architectures.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will drive strategic sales opportunities by showcasing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, Observability, and Cloud-native visibility. This role involves building and maintaining compelling solution demos, designing and leading Proof-of-Value engagements, and collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and architectural needs. Responsibilities also include relaying field feedback to Product Management and Engineering, enabling other Solution Consultants, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and representing ServiceNow as an ITOM subject matter expert at industry events.
