Responsibilities

Participação de projetos de implementação SAP ou AMS
Posicionar e interagir com os analistas de negócios e com a área usuária dos clientes para o entendimento correto do problema reportado ou da requisição de serviços
Planejar e coordenar a execução das requisições de serviço junto ao time de desenvolvimento, sendo o dono do processo
Dar feedback constante aos usuários do cliente a respeito do andamento dos chamados e requisições de serviço
Realizar testes unitários e integrados, quando for o caso, a fim de garantir entregáveis conforme escopo validado
Propor e liderar ações para melhorias de processos e mitigação de riscos
Avaliar e analisar as solicitações dos usuários por meio de testes e diagnósticos de possíveis falhas e ou impactos, visando garantir a estabilidade dos sistemas
Atender a incidentes abertos por usuários dos clientes, reportando problemas dos módulos SAP, obedecendo os níveis de serviço (SLA) contratados pelos clientes
