  • Capability to complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Proficiency in Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
