  • Skills in supervising associates for ecommerce programs, including training, providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring coverage
  • Capability to execute Sam's Club Pickup plan, including updating KPIs, auditing orders, ensuring equipment readiness, touring club for performance evaluation, training associates, and developing metrics
  • Ability to support projects improving CPU efficiencies using KPIs, modeling picking/loading, executing process improvements, evaluating programs, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills, including acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor and merchandise presentation, including handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/organizing, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, and securing merchandise
  • Oversight of picking and staging club pick up orders according to company policy
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift/hazardous materials procedures, steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
  • Support Sam's Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), auditing feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends, and aiding solutions
  • Supervise associates in ecommerce programs by training/providing resources, assigning duties, giving feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring pick-up location coverage
  • Execute Sam's Club Pickup plan by updating operations with KPIs, auditing orders, ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining strategy awareness, touring club, training associates, evaluating performance/processes, and supporting new metrics
  • Support CPU efficiency projects by using KPIs/leadership insight to resolve gaps, modeling picking/loading, executing improvements, evaluating programs, implementing solutions, and communicating for staffing
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on tech, assisting purchases, locating items, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
