Requirements

A college degree is required, ideally in a finance or related field. Candidates should possess operational experience of 2+ years within a financial reporting or regulatory environment. Strong Excel skills are necessary, with SQL skills and/or automation experience being preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly articulate QC results and data issues.

Responsibilities

The analyst will ensure the production and quality control of data for BlackRock's EMEA cost calculation process, which feeds into required regulatory and industry-standard reporting covering EMEA & US jurisdictions. They will be responsible for driving the resolution of QC breaks and critical issues, developing into an expert for challenging issues, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of regulatory and industry-standard costs disclosures. The role also involves driving improvement and automation of day-to-day controls for efficiency and collaborating with technology and business team partners to support key business objectives.
