Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Media Analytics, or Performance Marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with clients in the US market
  • Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting e-commerce tracking (pixels, S2S, cAPI, GTM) within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of data layer structures, event parameters, and conversion attribution models
  • Working knowledge of data ingestion tools such as Funnel or similar ETL platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL or database concepts, particularly in environments like BigQuery
  • Proficiency with Looker Studio or comparable BI tools for dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a bias for problem-solving and ownership
  • Eagerness to grow into a Media Buying and Optimization role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal expert for paid media measurement setup, implementing full-funnel tracking for Shopify and high-volume e-commerce clients
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Conversion API (cAPI) and Server-to-Server (S2S) connections across major media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Implement and manage integrations with Measurement Partner tools (TripleWhale, NorthBeam, Recast, etc.) to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve tracking discrepancies independently
  • Own end-to-end ingestion, cleansing, and transformation of paid media data using ETL tools such as Funnel
  • Ensure data consistency and taxonomy alignment across all channels feeding into our warehouse (BigQuery)
  • Monitor and maintain pipeline accuracy, proactively identifying and solving data flow issues
  • Design and maintain internal dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (or similar) to track media performance and efficiency
  • Partner with media buyers to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and improve optimization strategies
  • Contribute to building scalable reporting frameworks for campaign analysis and forecasting
