The People Transformation Lead will manage strategic HR projects, monitor the People team roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks. They will also analyze People KPIs, prepare materials for strategic reviews, and identify friction points in HR processes to lead their improvement, collaborating with various teams to optimize HR tools and processes and assess their effectiveness.
