  • Strong capability in strategic partnership with VPs and senior leaders as co-creator, providing incisive guidance and translating complex requirements into proactive strategies
  • Skills in leadership coaching and advising, both individually and for teams, to develop actionable plans addressing gaps in effectiveness
  • Experience leading critical change management initiatives in complex, global organizations
  • Ability to proactively design and implement cutting-edge people and culture solutions driving team performance and organizational goals
  • Comfort with line management responsibilities, meeting expectations for a GDM Manager
  • Thrives in addressing undefined/ambiguous problems through relentless research and assessment of approaches
  • Experience leading cross-functional People & Culture deliverables and ensuring alignment on complex projects

Responsibilities

  • Drive business strategy and outcomes by crafting and implementing workforce solutions leveraging operational, financial, and people components to support GenAI Function's strategy, outcomes, and growth
  • Directly partner with multiple VPs and senior leaders to design and implement their visionary people plan
  • Provide effective and trusted partnership through incisive strategic guidance and translating complex organizational requirements into proactive, future-forward people and culture strategies
  • Enhance leadership effectiveness by developing actionable plans, driving results, coaching/advising leaders individually and as teams, and fostering growth
  • Lead masterful collaboration to address undefined and ambiguous problems via research and assessment of varied approaches
  • Provide strategic direction and lead critical change management initiatives across a complex, global organization
  • Proactively design and implement people and culture solutions aligning with organizational goals, delivering measurable results
  • Lead cross-functional People & Culture deliverables, ensuring seamless alignment on complex projects
  • Oversee execution of the People Plan, using data for decisions and monitoring talent markets for risks/trends
  • Represent client unit in critical People & Culture leadership decisions and act as trusted voice/communicator for partnered leaders
  • Line manage team members as required, applying GDM Manager expectations
