Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is desirable)
  • Proven experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or similar analytical roles, preferably within a large organization
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Expertise in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Experience applying Process-Driven Application methodologies and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles in HR contexts
  • High autonomy and learning agility, with a track record of quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences
  • Availability to travel between Argentina locations (Buenos Aires, Rosario)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Apply Process-Driven Application methodologies to streamline and standardize People Operations workflows for efficiency and consistency
  • Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze and improve HR process flows, identifying bottlenecks and reducing waste
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of HR processes
  • Develop and present insights and reports using Microsoft Power BI, demonstrating commercial acumen by connecting HR data to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Operations solutions
  • Ensure accuracy of the knowledge base and proper documentation of processes
  • Support daily People Operations activities, including training logistics, global mobility, onboarding/offboarding, and document administration
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new HR technologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques, showing strong Learning Agility
