Ability to acquire knowledge of HR systems, applications and their integrated functionality and dependencies
Workday experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Manages employee life cycle changes (personal, job changes, promotions, demotions), benefits, absences, personal administration and reporting
Maintains and keeps in good order personnel documentation and files, following labor legislation requirements
Provides data support to standardized HR processes
Supports employee query resolution
Handles country-specific and legal mandatory HR activities (work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports etc.)
Ensures that HR procedures/policies are strictly followed
Ensures labor legislation is strictly adhered to
Ensures all transactions are properly documented in alignment with SOP for future reference & audits
Provides effective and timely support to employees, managers and HR
Delivers locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country & the region
