Requirements

  • Analytical thinking, detail oriented
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of HR policies and procedures across HR functions
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of HR systems, applications and their integrated functionality and dependencies
  • Workday experience is a plus

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Manages employee life cycle changes (personal, job changes, promotions, demotions), benefits, absences, personal administration and reporting
  • Maintains and keeps in good order personnel documentation and files, following labor legislation requirements
  • Provides data support to standardized HR processes
  • Supports employee query resolution
  • Handles country-specific and legal mandatory HR activities (work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports etc.)
  • Ensures that HR procedures/policies are strictly followed
  • Ensures labor legislation is strictly adhered to
  • Ensures all transactions are properly documented in alignment with SOP for future reference & audits
  • Provides effective and timely support to employees, managers and HR
  • Delivers locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country & the region
