Responsibilities

As a People Operations Manager, you will own the design and delivery of our people infrastructure, including data-driven onboarding and training, compliance, and HRIS management, and culture programming. You will partner with leaders to automate and optimize core processes, turn employee feedback into action, and curate experiences that drive engagement, equity, and performance across a fast-growing AI startup. You will also report to the VP People while supporting HR and Legal on company-wide employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, administer benefits and unemployment claims, and act as the main point of contact for employee benefits and immigration processes.
