Responsibilities

Track, manage, and maintain People Operations contracts and vendor documentation
Manage the People inbox, triaging and responding to Tier One employee inquiries (e.g., benefits, payroll, employment verifications, and general “Where do I find XYZ?” questions)
Coordinate and process background checks, offer letters, and employment verifications
Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation in HR systems
Support mail management including printing, mailing, and responding to document requests
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
Process employee changes and updates (e.g., promotions, title changes, manager updates)
Provide operational support for People programs, including engagement, compliance, and benefits initiatives
Input, maintain, and process employee data accurately in HR systems
Prepare and distribute basic reports related to headcount, employee changes, and other HR metrics
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and processes
Ensure all People processes and documentation comply with company policies and employment laws
Manage secure storage and retrieval of employee records, contracts, and sensitive information
Assist with audits and compliance checks as needed
