Responsibilities

  • Track, manage, and maintain People Operations contracts and vendor documentation
  • Manage the People inbox, triaging and responding to Tier One employee inquiries (e.g., benefits, payroll, employment verifications, and general “Where do I find XYZ?” questions)
  • Coordinate and process background checks, offer letters, and employment verifications
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation in HR systems
  • Support mail management including printing, mailing, and responding to document requests
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Process employee changes and updates (e.g., promotions, title changes, manager updates)
  • Provide operational support for People programs, including engagement, compliance, and benefits initiatives
  • Input, maintain, and process employee data accurately in HR systems
  • Prepare and distribute basic reports related to headcount, employee changes, and other HR metrics
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and processes
  • Ensure all People processes and documentation comply with company policies and employment laws
  • Manage secure storage and retrieval of employee records, contracts, and sensitive information
  • Assist with audits and compliance checks as needed
