Requirements

  • Solid understanding of HR operations, including how a strong onboarding program contributes to a positive employee experience
  • Highly resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and clear communication habits, ensuring process adherence and effective problem-solving
  • Exceptional self-direction, demonstrating proactive initiative, accountability, and comfort with autonomy in a remote work environment
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role, preferably in the technology industry, with 2+ years of Workday experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience, coupled with a commitment to confidentiality and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for HR programs and assist employees and internal teams with various policies and practices
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding to promote a positive employee experience
  • Efficiently handle employee service requests within established SLAs, addressing inquiries and finding effective solutions to a global team
  • Proactively manage HRIS data quality, run audit reports, and monitor workflows for opportunities to reduce complexity and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline HR processes for greater efficiency and scalability, including exploring and leveraging AI tools and solutions
