Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or similar
Up to 1 year of experience in HR or in an Administrative/Customer Support role
Customer-centric mindset with a depth of thinking about positively impacting people’s experience
Awareness of cultural differences working in an international environment
Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably knowledge in an ERP or HCM system
Attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard
Process and system focused, with a passion for efficiency and simplification
Takes initiative and manages priorities

Responsibilities

Manage the Employee Lifecycle processes (Onboarding, Employment documentation, Contract management, Time and Attendance management, Benefits, Offboarding)
Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, systems and tools
Employee data and document administration ensuring accurate people data and compliance
Manage competing priorities in order to meet KPIs, SLAs and meet the needs of stakeholders
Deliver great employee experience with high levels of service, accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and update related processes and documentation
Assist the People Experience transformation and participate in projects
Continuously look to improve the People Experience function
