Responsibilities

Secure Critical "Run" Cycles: Own data production for bi-annual Performance Reviews, automate cohort computation and eligibility rules for 100% accuracy
Secure Critical "Run" Cycles: Maintain and secure Salary Dynamics models (GSheets/Turing) for fair compensation reviews
Secure Critical "Run" Cycles: Lead data generation for Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) across People, Talent, and Workplace
Tooling & Security Ownership: Act as Level 3 support and technical administrator for core stack (Lattice, Ashby, Alan Home), manage configuration, troubleshoot bugs, handle renewals
Tooling & Security Ownership: Serve as Security Referent, automate access rights, ensure "privacy by design" in data workflows
Unify People & Talent Insights: Bridge hiring and retention data, connect Ashby into Metabase for "Quality of Hire" and funnel velocity tracking
Unify People & Talent Insights: Build and maintain Community Insights Dashboard for team health checks by Leads
