Requirements

  • 8+ years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience
  • Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, a great communicator who can influence executive stakeholders by translating data into insights and solutions for their business problems
  • Strong understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, internal mobility, org design, employee listening, L&D, etc.)
  • Familiarity with inferential statistics techniques (e.g., correlation, regression) and how they apply in context
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions
  • Degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR is a plus
  • Experience using SQL, R, Python for data analysis and Power BI for visualizations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex people analytics projects from hypothesis development through insight delivery while providing ongoing consultative support to your assigned HR stakeholder groups on data-driven insights, project ROI, and recommendations by leveraging our tools and data
  • Identify and provide key insights and recommendations around organizational health, including hiring and retention, internal mobility, workforce and talent planning, employee experience, market insights, and more
  • Grow strong relationships within your assigned HR leaders and stakeholder groups, develop a deep understanding of their current business challenges, and proactively seek out ways to add value through analytics products
  • Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives as needed to support the organization
  • Manage client expectations while prioritizing the most impactful work for GM
  • Develop simple, actionable, data-driven recommendations and support your stakeholders through implementation of these recommendations
  • Drive adoption and usage of current and future People Analytics solutions. Inform requirements for analytics solutions roadmap and future enhancements based on your ongoing stakeholder feedback
