Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven ability to source and hire technical talent (software engineering preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across Boosted.ai
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition, interview planning, and hiring timelines
  • Write and post job descriptions; source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct screening calls and maintain a structured, positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives including career page updates, social content, recruiting events, and partnerships
  • Own Boosted.ai’s co-op hiring program
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Canada and the US, including documentation, systems access, and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates
  • Support benefits administration, payroll changes, and compliance documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and escalate when needed
  • Assist with performance review cycles, engagement programs, and policy updates
  • Help improve People team processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability
  • Organize and support team-wide social events, celebrations, and culture-building activities
  • Assist with planning company offsites, lunches, volunteer days, and community initiatives
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail handling, vendor coordination, and keeping shared spaces organized
  • Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and well-functioning workplace environment
