3+ years experience working as a Security Manager, Police Officer, Detective, or other security/police experience
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Working knowledge of security technology such as CCTV systems and Access Control Systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Interest in protecting the people and assets within the organization
Ability to move about frequently on hard surfaces, with occasional bending, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping

Protect company assets by following and enforcing all security & safety protocols
Respond to all emergency situations and provide support until emergency services arrive; properly document details for all emergencies in the Case Management System
Provide guidance and support to team members, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner to ensure they follow all safety and security protocols
Manage visitor registration and check-in process to ensure team members, visitors, and vendors produce proper credentials for facility access
Escalate any concerns to the site Safety Manager in a timely manner
Ensure the safety of all team members, vendors, and visitors working in the facility
Follow all security post orders and direction from the site Safety Manager
Always maintain a professional appearance by wearing the proper uniform and keeping tools (such as radios) in good working order
Check in all inbound and outbound deliveries as directed by the site Safety Manager
Monitor physical security and safety of the facility using CCTV, Access Control, and Visitor registration systems; regularly evaluate potential threats and take mitigation steps
Remain visible throughout the day, on alert to evaluate and respond to issues, operating with a sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills
