  • Experience in overseeing operational aspects of projects and serving as liaison between OEM suppliers and cross-functional teams

  • Capability to monitor projects from initiation through delivery
  • Proficiency in assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals
  • Ability to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and OEM suppliers
  • Expertise in gathering requirements, requirements planning, elicitation, and management to meet stakeholder demands
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement to ensure products/processes solve business problems
  • Competence in risk management, including identifying and mitigating program risks, and collaborating with other program managers on risks and opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Development, creation, and implementation of global coordinated cross-functional project plans for commercialization of OEM suppliers initiatives across ACM
  • Product level program management, commercial program management, cross-product/technical site program management, and external partnerships for commercialization
  • Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Overseeing multiple project teams to ensure commercialization program goals are reached
  • Managing OEM supplier relationships and execution of new Distribution Deals
  • Serving as the Commercialization core team lead for OEM supplier products where Medtronic ACM acts as distributor
  • Leading or leveraging cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for new business development deals and ongoing lifecycle management
  • Managing operational aspects of ongoing projects and acting as liaison between OEM Supplier project management and cross-functional teams
  • Monitoring projects from initiation through delivery, reviewing status and budgets, managing schedules, and preparing status reports
  • Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals with OEM Suppliers
  • Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving
  • Gathering requirements, working on requirements planning, elicitation, and management
  • Communicating with stakeholders and obtaining engagement to ensure end products/processes solve business problems
