Responsibilities

Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
Handle administrative back-office tasks
Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
Analyze regulatory updates
Report any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
Monitor that anomalies are resolved correctly
