Responsibilities

  • Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
  • Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
  • Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
  • Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
  • Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
  • Handle administrative back-office tasks
  • Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
  • Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
  • Analyze regulatory updates
  • Report any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
  • Monitor that anomalies are resolved correctly
