3 to 5 years of experience in processing payroll (global level is a plus)
Experience with handling payroll tax notices
Ability to produce payroll reporting
Some knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping (a plus)
Come into the office 2 days a week (Ramsey, NJ - remote 3 days a week)
Work approximately 20 hrs/week

Responsibilities

Process the payroll for US and Canadian-based employees
Manage the state, local, and provinces payroll tax notifications
Maintain the payroll records in the payroll system
Balance payroll accounts
Work on other non-payroll related tasks, including assisting the Finance team with the monthly billing function
