Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain payroll and statutory accounts in Dynamics
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll-related entries within the chart of accounts
Coordinate updates or corrections to account structures, as needed
Calculate, validate, and process employee commissions
Maintain commission records and ensure timely disbursement according to agreed schedules
Liaise with Sales and Finance teams for commission-related inquiries or adjustments
Manage annual tax compliance processes for all employees
Oversee tax document completion for new hires and ensure compliance at onboarding
Handle final tax clearances and records closure for exiting employees
Maintain accurate employee tax records in accordance with statutory regulations
Address and resolve payroll-related support tickets within established SLAs
Contribute to service quality by managing increasing support volume due to workforce growth
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
