Requirements

Previous payroll experience, with shared services experience as a bonus
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Positive attitude toward process improvement and digital transformation
Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Polish and English at professional level (speaking and writing)
Ability to excel under pressure and work harmoniously in a team
Professional level of additional language (especially German, Dutch, French, Italian or other European language) - preferred
Master's degree in finance or related field - preferred

Responsibilities

Communicate with external payroll vendors to deliver and control payroll data. Ensure outputs meet company standards
Work with external payroll vendors to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services to employees
Perform and oversee payroll services, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
Prepare and verify necessary documentation, declarations, and reports for several authorities and institutions
Address and resolve internal clients' inquiries regarding payroll matters
Manage data integrity across multiple systems including Workday
Build and maintain strong working relationships within the payroll team and across departments
Keep track of deadlines and maintain payroll processes following work regulations, labor law, internal audit process, and procedures
