Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll implementation projects, including data migration and system configuration. Strong client and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to define payroll process requirements and manage payroll calendars effectively. Experience with GL report mapping and maintaining detailed project documentation is also required.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients, leading the full payroll implementation process. This includes accurately transferring client data, properly configuring systems, and ensuring a seamless transition. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, offering support and training, organizing kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, supporting project review calls, managing scope changes, defining and setting up payroll processes, ensuring timely payroll calendar management, maintaining project documentation, configuring interfaces and reports for parallel and live payroll, managing go-live transitions and sign-offs, documenting client-specific needs, and generating reports for payroll data analysis and reconciliation.
