A strong knowledge of global payroll software, systems, and tools, with an understanding of HR/payroll compliance and regulations is required. Proven ability to onboard, grow, retain, and develop customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and success is essential. Skilled in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of customer and internal organizations to align on business goals is necessary. Experience leading and executing cross-departmental projects, with solid organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously is needed. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and delivering tailored solutions are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Payroll Customer Success Manager will develop a deep understanding of Remote Payroll and HRIS products and services. They will take responsibility for the entire customer journey, focusing on growing long-term partnerships and ensuring customer success and satisfaction within payroll services. This role involves owning client retention and expansion, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and managing campaigns to promote products and introduce new payroll features. Responsibilities include monitoring customer complaints, providing assistance to resolve issues related to Global Payroll and HRIS products, and gathering customer feedback to share with relevant teams for product and customer experience enhancements. The manager will also collaborate with Payroll and Sales teams to set appropriate expectations for payroll customers, educate and train customers on key payroll information and processes, and monitor account and customer health to prevent churn and manage escalations, particularly those related to payroll issues.
