Pay attention to details

Responsibilities

Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking and processing payroll input data
Assist with the preparation of the monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports
Ensure the accuracy of payroll data
Provide external vendor with input and instructions
Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner
Prepare reports for HR and Finance
Resolve employee queries or coordinate solution with payroll vendor
Possibility of participation in interesting payroll related projects
