Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily management of Exceptions and work as a key member of the Team
  • Perform manual adjustments on requested transactions
  • Handle queries related to Payments for Planet’s customers
  • Follow set and agreed procedures to complete all daily tasks, in line with current and Industry best practice and service level agreements (SLA)
  • Liaise with card schemes and customers to handle queries
  • Take ownership of the resolution of issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible in discharging other ad hoc duties and meeting the requirements of the Payments Team when required
  • Provide cover to other staff for planned and unplanned absences
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Any other such duties that may be required
