Responsibilities

Assist with the daily management of Exceptions and work as a key member of the Team
Perform manual adjustments on requested transactions
Handle queries related to Payments for Planet’s customers
Follow set and agreed procedures to complete all daily tasks, in line with current and Industry best practice and service level agreements (SLA)
Liaise with card schemes and customers to handle queries
Take ownership of the resolution of issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible in discharging other ad hoc duties and meeting the requirements of the Payments Team when required
Provide cover to other staff for planned and unplanned absences
Provide general administrative support
Any other such duties that may be required
