Familiar with Online-to-offline (OTO) and B2B2C
Ability to handle continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)

Responsibilities

Reconcile orders with received payments: Check order data and verify cash flow from platform to agency (Byte) and from Byte to CLPs according to monthly settlement cycles; Review order status (exclude canceled orders); Map aligned price with CLPs, amount Byte receives from platform, and supported surcharges to reconcile cash flow (Byte received vs. Byte paid to CLPs); List returned/failed orders for related costs; Assign PIC to track cash flow/settlement with third-party partners (e.g., Viettel Post, Grab)
Create payment orders and supporting documents: Submit payment data for each CLP for Byte to process; Update CLPs on final settlement amount and inform of delays; Follow up with agency to ensure settlement cycle completion
Track spending vs. budget: Monitor monthly budget based on PO progress
Handle tax updates and CLP consultancy: Update tax policies on e-commerce/online sales; Advise on suitable processes for CLP business model; Support Byte with tax-related process documentation (e.g., tax exemption agreements)
Onboard CLPs: Review standard contracts for adjustments; Follow up on CLP contracts with Fulfilment and Sales teams
Advise on scaling orders vs. cashflow mapping on CLP Portal: Propose optimizations or automation for reconciliation/payment workflow for 50–100 CLPs with Tech and Fulfilment teams
Supervise gift control: Advise and supervise gift reconciliation on CLPs portal or documents to scale automation
Optimize operation costs: Suggest ways to save Op costs while scaling
Follow up on payments: Schedule payments between Byte, 3A, and CLPs; Remind stakeholders
Plan budget with Internal Finance: Handle budgeting and raise POs
Collaborate with internal CFS: Explain policy and payment flow evolutions for automation; Prepare evidence; Align between CFS, Byte Accountant, and CLPs
Advise on tech reconcile automation: Guide Tech and internal Op to develop automatic payment reconciliation on CLP Portal for nationwide scaling, replacing manual processes
