Patient Safety Clinical Quality Program Director at Elevance Health

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Locations include Indianapolis IN, Grand Prairie TX, Atlanta GA, Norfolk VA, Louisville KY, and Tampa FL, with alternate locations considered if within commuting distance from an office.

A BS in health administration, nursing or a related clinical field is required, along with 5 years of health care quality or data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, experience with CMS Patient Safety programs (HAC Reduction, PSI), Conditions of Participation, knowledge of AHRQ Patient Safety Indicators, familiarity with Leapfrog Group safety measures and value-based purchasing programs, and strong skills in data-driven quality improvement, trend analysis, and translating safety data into system-level action.
