Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, track deadlines, and follow up efficiently is required, along with patience and professionalism when handling sensitive conversations with families. Proficiency with Google Drive, Central Reach, and Excel is also necessary, and the applicant must be a South African citizen.
The Patient Intake Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for families via phone, gathering essential information regarding their insurance, therapy needs, and scheduling preferences. They will ensure every detail is accurately recorded to create a seamless onboarding experience, verify the accuracy of all required forms for compliance and quality assurance, submit insurance verification requests with 100% accuracy, enter and manage client data in Central Reach, monitor all client interactions, and complete necessary actions promptly and efficiently.
