Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician will assist in providing dialysis therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients’ response to treatment, and performing vital sign assessments. They will also be responsible for educating patients about their treatment, evaluating vascular access, and documenting treatment parameters accurately, while ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
