Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician will assist in providing dialysis therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, evaluating vascular access, administering medications, monitoring patients’ response to treatment, and documenting patient information accurately. They will also contribute to patient education, maintain a safe and clean working environment, and participate in quality enhancement and process improvement activities.
