Requirements

They must demonstrate proficiency in performing patient vital signs, assisting with dialysis procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician will assist in providing dialysis therapy for patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, evaluating vascular access, administering medications, monitoring patients’ response to treatment, and documenting patient information accurately. They will also contribute to patient education, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and supporting the organization's Quality Enhancement Program.
