Responsibilities

The Patient Care Technician will assist in providing dialysis therapy for patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients’ response to treatment, obtaining vital signs, performing vascular access cannulation, and documenting treatment parameters. They will also educate patients on their dialysis adequacy measures and contribute to a safe and clean working environment, while actively participating in quality enhancement and process improvement activities.
