Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, statistics, information science, intellectual property management, or a related field, with a preference for 3+ years of relevant work experience and a background in intellectual property, such as a patent agent, examiner, or corporate IP specialist. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, along with familiarity with data analysis tools like Python and SQL, and a strong interest or background in data analysis.

Responsibilities

The Patent Content Analyst will familiarize themselves with patent processes and practices across various countries, researching and analyzing large-scale patent data to drive product innovation and optimization, and designing new data products to meet market demands. They will collaborate with the product team to develop professional data SaaS products, conduct in-depth analysis of patent texts, formulating methods and rules for data extraction and analysis, organizing and analyzing patent data fields, writing requirement documents for data processing, and working with the data development team to ensure data structure meets product requirements. Furthermore, the Analyst will be responsible for planning the team’s data analysis objectives, coordinating task arrangements, and ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
