Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds

Willingness to work in a meat environment with blood, fat, bones, hair, and other cattle products
Willingness to work in extreme hot and wet conditions with temperatures ranging from 33-100 degrees
Ability to complete all required training for the job
Availability for A Shift: 5:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays
Availability for overtime, including weekends
Proof of authorization to work legally in the United States
Ability to pass a urinalysis screening as part of post-offer health assessment
Ability to perform position tasks

Responsibilities

Work in any position in the Hides department
Retrieve cured cow hides from a brine tank and hang them
Fold, lift, carry, and palletize hides
Use powered equipment and knives as required
Perform any other duties as assigned
